Anti-social Behaviour Scheme

NBCP supports towns and parishes to create a safe and clean environment for both the public and businesses. We run schemes across the county to not only prevent and deter criminal activities but also to disrupt the root causes of anti-social behaviour within a designated area.

The schemes use easily accessible DISC technology to enable member businesses to identify anti-social behaviour, the offenders and to easily submit reports of incidents. This will be used to inform the local Neighbourhood Policing teams, councils, community safety officers and other relevant agencies to gather intelligence and take appropriate action.

NTARS covers Northampton Town Centre and is available at no additional cost to all Northampton BID levy paying members.

WARS, in partnership with Wellingborough Town Council, covers an agreed geographic area and is available free of charge to appropriate businesses within that location.

KARS, in partnership with Kettering Town Council, covers an agreed geographic area and is available free of charge to appropriate businesses within that location.

KPARS, in partnership with Kingsthorpe Parish Council, covers an agreed geographic area and is available free of charge to appropriate businesses within that location.

All schemes are covered by Information Sharing Agreements between members, NBCP and Northants Police, making them fully GDPR compliant.
